Maintenance of building plant is typically the largest cost item on the average service charge and the most difficult to manage. Condition Monitoring provides significant enhancements to Planned Preventative Maintenance – increased reliability as well as cost savings – and introduces quality control to this sector for the first time. Clients include National Grid.

Member and senior director from the company’s inception until sold
to British Land in 1994. Responsible for various major projects, including
Stockley Park and ITN Grays Inn Rd, as well as for the design and construction
